Robert J. Rhee
Professor @ UF Law
Robert J. Rhee is the John H. and Mary Lou Dasburg Professor of Law at the University of Florida and a nationally recognized scholar in corporate law and finance. He previously served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program. He holds degrees from the University of Chicago, George Washington University, and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jeff Bartel
Chairman & Managing Director of Hamptons Group
Jeff Bartel is Chairman and Managing Director of Hamptons Group, LLC, a privately held alternative investment and strategic advisory firm, with investments, advisory engagements, and leadership roles across public and private sectors. He is a senior advisor and lecturer at Harvard University and an adjunct professor at the University of Florida College of Law. Holding degrees from Harvard University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law.


Dr. Jiaying Jiang
Associate Professor @ UF Law
Dr. Jiaying Jiang is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, specializing in policy and regulation of emerging technologies such as AI, FinTech, blockchain, and digital currencies. She previously served as a Hauser Global Fellow at NYU School of Law and holds an S.J.D. from Emory University, an LL.M. from USC Gould, and an LL.B. from Shenzhen University.
Nathan S. Collier
Founder of The Collier Companies
Nathan S. Collier is the founder and chairman of The Collier Companies, the largest privately owned student housing developer in Gainesville, Florida, overseeing over 8,000 apartments across multiple communities in Florida and beyond. He endowed the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate program at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, where he teaches case studies and also serves as an adjunct at UF’s Levin College of Law. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s in Finance, an MBA with an accounting focus, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and he is a CPA, licensed real estate broker, and building contractor.
