Nathan S. Collier
Nathan S. Collier is the founder and chairman of The Collier Companies, the largest privately owned student housing developer in Gainesville, Florida, overseeing over 8,000 apartments across multiple communities in Florida and beyond. He endowed the Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate program at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business, where he teaches case studies and also serves as an adjunct at UF’s Levin College of Law. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s in Finance, an MBA with an accounting focus, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and he is a CPA, licensed real estate broker, and building contractor.
Ryan R. Fuller
Ryan R. Fuller is the Vice President and General Counsel at the University of Florida, where he oversees the university’s legal affairs across governance, research, athletics, international initiatives, litigation, and governmental investigations. He began practicing law in 2003 and joined UF’s General Counsel’s office in 2012 as Senior Counsel for labor and employment before becoming Deputy General Counsel in 2018 and later Vice President and General Counsel. Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree with honors and his Juris Doctor with high honors from the University of Florida.


Colt H. Little
Colt H. Little is the Vice President for Construction, Facilities and Real Estate at the University of Florida. He oversees campus planning, design, construction, maintenance, and real estate development. Colt previously practiced real estate and construction law in Orlando and earned his Bachelor of Arts in History with honors from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University.

Dr. Jiaying Jiang
Dr. Jiaying Jiang is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, specializing in policy and regulation of emerging technologies such as AI, FinTech, blockchain, and digital currencies. She previously served as a Hauser Global Fellow at NYU School of Law and holds an S.J.D. from Emory University, an LL.M. from USC Gould, and an LL.B. from Shenzhen University.

Jeff Bartel
Jeff Bartel is Chairman and Managing Director of Hamptons Group, LLC, a privately held alternative investment and strategic advisory firm, with investments, advisory engagements, and leadership roles across public and private sectors. He is a senior advisor and lecturer at Harvard University and an adjunct professor at the University of Florida College of Law. Holding degrees from Harvard University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

William B. Lewis
William B. Lewis is Co-Chief Operating Officer of Morgan & Morgan and a nationally recognized trial lawyer. He is double board certified in Civil Trial and Business Litigation by the Florida Bar and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He holds degrees from Colgate University, the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and the University of Florida Hough School of Business.

Lorie Gleim
Lorie M. Gleim is the Chief Executive Officer of Gleim Publications and a former complex commercial litigation attorney with over two decades of experience at Greenberg Traurig. She is a graduate of The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania and earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
