Legal Analyst Program
The Legal Analyst Program is a selective initiative within the Business Law Society, requiring applicants to complete a formal application and interview process. Legal Analysts serve as the backbone of the organization and receive training in legal research, writing, and presentation skills. Participants focus on two primary responsibilities: conducting legal research and delivering business law presentations. Through partnerships with legal aid organizations across Florida, analysts engage in meaningful research projects that provide valuable community support while offering practical legal experience. Additionally, analysts select and develop a business law topic of interest to present at General Body Meetings, helping to educate and engage the broader membership.

Legal Aid Research
Legal researchers work on projects for legal aid organizations across the state of Florida, conducting research on a variety of legal topics that support real-world cases and client advocacy. These projects allow students to contribute to meaningful community service while gaining hands-on legal experience that enhances their writing and research skills and strengthens their law school applications. All members may participate in legal research. This initiative offers students valuable exposure to the legal field while reinforcing BLS’s commitment to professional development and public service.
